Artwork commissioned by Kawika McKeague for the people of Hawaii, New Zealand and Easter Island. They are represented at the 3 points of the pyramid. The waters and islands within the pyramid are known as the Pacific triangle of La(e)muria or Muu.
Man is represented by the concave square behind the pyramid and at the end of the intersecting lines emerging from the centre of the pyramid. Above each man are hieroglyphic symbols for the 4 gods of Polynesia: Tu, Taniloa, Rono, Tani : water, fire, earth and sky.
The rings emerging from the centre represent energy vibrating through and out to the World.
The circle of the arrows are in fact the Hala fruit of the Pandanus tree. The outer clockwise circle of large arrows is your movement toward the good for future generations. The inner counter-clockwise circle of smaller arrows represents your genealogy, your pu’u ka mo’o – ancestors of the past who are within us, to always aid and assist.

Thankyou Kawika! 🙂
I prized open my third eye and this came out! 🙂 The Monolith Project is where my energies are going at the moment.
I haven’t used colour for about 3 years now, but I must admit I am getting the urge to try and colour some of these in, even if it’s just to see what it looks like. I have a little black book and on the inside cover I decided not to filter any of my ideas to put down on paper and just let it all flood out onto the paper. Resulting in this image:
It is so relaxing to create these and all sorts of things can be hidden within the images. Everytime my art looks like it has taken a little evoloutionary leap, I often think this is my new style. But I’m learning I always end up incorporating it into all my other styles. So nothing stays the same for too long.
A few days ago I found myself creating one of these images whilst watching English Astronaut Tim Peake emerge from the International Space Station, so I couldn’t resist including them in the picture also.(think where’s Wally!)
I’m going to stop imagining a comic containing my artwork and just create a comic containing my artwork. So I’m in contact with a comic printer to hopefully get 10-50 copies made. I’ve given myself a 3 month deadline to find a way to present my artwork in the comic as I haven’t done this before. This isn’t the final version of the front cover, although it will be something similar. It gives an idea of style. I’d be just as happy to see it as a glossy art magazine or a book but I am an Artist and therefore piss poor! 🙂 ❤
The theme of this artwork is the Orion Correlation Theory as described by Robert Bauval.
Shown are the Pyramids of Giza as representations of the stars of Orion’s belt pointing to Sirius at one end and the Pleiades constellation at the other.
Dimensions: (Artwork) 293mm X 270mm on A3 200gsm cartridge paper.
Finished this today. It took about 7 days to create and I love it. I surprise myself sometimes. 🙂 It’s 360mm X 195mm on 180gsm paper. Called “Correlation” its theme is the Orion Correlation Theory as described by Robert Buaval. Included are the stars of Orions belt, Sirius, The Pleiades constellation and the Egyptian hieroglyphic for the concept of the Embrace. The Embrace of the physical Universe and the non physical Universe.
I have some beautiful prints available if anyone would like one for £10. (Original Sold).
